Shipping
We ship from Costa Rica to the world. EU orders over €75 ship free; otherwise a flat €8. Outside the EU, rates calculated at checkout.
Times
EU: 5–9 days. North America: 7–12 days. Rest of world: 10–18 days. You'll receive a tracking link the day your order leaves us.
Returns
Sealed, unopened tea can be returned within 30 days. Opened tea, mugs and accessories: case by case — write to us, we're kind.
Damaged or lost
Send a photo to hola@chakraste.com and we'll replace it. No long forms. Promise.
